Returns & Exchanges 

We hope that you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes sizing is a challenge. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we do accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from delivery date on all items except for blankets. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, with the tags in tact. They must also be returned inside of the clear protective bag that they are originally shipped in. If any of these conditions are not met, your item will be returned to you at your cost. At this time, due to quickly changing inventory we do not offer exchanges but you are more than welcome to re order your item if we still have the new size in stock once you receive your credit via email. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping insured, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

While it is unlikely, the nice ladies who hand make our bamboo jams are human and sometimes defective items do slip through the inspection stage. Should you receive a defective item, please contact customer service here https://toastjamsbaboo.com/pages/contact within 7 days of receiving your item. We will issue a prepaid return label for you and will send out a replacement if we have one once the defective item is returned to our warehouse. Please note defects reported after 30 days are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Discounted Items/ Sale items : Any order using a discount code other than our VIP discount code is final sale and not eligible for return. Any items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or any sale at all is final sale and can not be returned. We are unable to make exceptions to this rule.
